Prices are read, not received
Every price on this site was read from the seller's own product page and stamped with the moment we read it. That stamp sits next to the price and its colour fades as the reading ages, so a stale number looks stale.
Method
What we will and won’t tell you
Blue Musette compares 7036 products across 15 sellers. These are the rules the site is built on — constraints in the code, not aspirations.
We never convert currencies
A EUR-to-GBP conversion omits import VAT, duty and carrier handling, which on orders over £135 routinely add 25–30%. Showing a €169 short as £147 would be a number that is wrong against you. Non-GBP listings are shown for availability and linked, but never ranked against GBP ones.
Price means the price in your size
Stock and price are held per size, not per seller. A jersey listed at £126 that only exists in XS is not £126 to someone who wears a large — so choosing your size re-ranks the table rather than merely filtering it.
Out of stock is shown, not hidden
Sold-out listings stay on the page and demote to grey. Hiding them would make a thin market look deep and quietly remove the evidence that a price was ever available.
A discount has to be real
We only strike through a previous price when the seller's own data proves it was strictly higher. If it isn't, no saving is shown — there is no code in this site capable of rendering a discount that didn't happen.
We hold no reviews, so we publish no ratings
No star ratings, no aggregate scores. We have no first-party review data, and borrowing someone else's to decorate a page would be dishonest.
